Larry Chester better known as “LC” is regarded as one of the premiere strength and conditioning trainers in the nation. LC’s unique and innovative training style is very impressive. As the founder of the Elite Speed and Power Program, LC has improved the explosiveness and game performance of over 2,000 athletes across all major sports both high school and college. As a strength and conditioning coach LC helps motivate many hard working athletes along their journey to reach the apex of their career.

LC has spent the last 18 years involved with many successful individuals and teams. Before becoming a successful trainer at the college ranks, LC spent many years as a successful head football coach and a track & field jump and sprint specialist.

LC is currently the strength and conditioning trainer for many Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3 college athletes and teams. Below you will find some of his recent success.
