Lee Moyce
Head Women's Soccer Coach & Camp Director
Lee Moyce is a highly accomplished collegiate and club coach with a proven track record of developing elite players, elevating programs, and building winning cultures. Bringing years of experience across NCAA, national‑level club soccer, and international play, Moyce has established himself as a dynamic leader with deep expertise in player development, talent identification, and team performance.
Moyce joined the Saint Anselm College Women’s Soccer staff in 2023, immediately strengthening the program with his tactical knowledge, training methodology, and recruitment experience. Before arriving on the Hilltop, he spent three impactful seasons at Wheaton College, including two as co‑head coach, guiding the program to 12 wins and a NEWMAC Quarterfinals appearance in 2022. Under his leadership, Wheaton athletes earned multiple conference honors and excelled academically, with several earning NEWMAC Academic All‑Conference recognition.
Beyond the college game, Moyce’s club résumé is equally impressive. He led the NEFC 2006 girls to a Development Player League (DPL) National Championship in 2023 and served as the NEFC Metro West Girls Regional Director of Coaching, overseeing player pathways and coach development. His six‑year tenure as a Technical Director with Global Premier Soccer (GPS) included steering the GPS‑FC Bayern 2003 girls national team to a third‑place finish at the prestigious 2016 Gothia Cup, one of the largest youth tournaments in the world. He has also coached with Weston Soccer Club, guiding teams to state and regional titles, and building long‑term development systems across multiple age groups.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Moyce enjoyed a successful playing career with the University of Portsmouth Football Club, where he captained the team for two seasons, and later spent time with the Chicago Fire U23 squad. His coaching journey began at his alma mater, where he led the University of Portsmouth Women’s Football Club and helped establish the University of Portsmouth Boys Club, early indicators of his passion for player development and program building.
Moyce holds both a US Soccer D License and a UEFA B License, underscoring his commitment to coaching education and modern training practices. In addition to his coaching role, he also supports Saint Anselm Athletics through game operations.
