In 2009, Leigh accepted a teaching position at her childhood home course, Jefferson Country Club, located in Columbus, Ohio. Ben continues to succeed on the PGA Canadian Tour and will play in several Web.com events this season.

Leigh’s specialized area of expertise takes a dynamic approach when teaching as she focuses on integrating biomechanics, swing mechanics and the mental skills to enhance a golfer’s performance. Her philosophy of teaching surrounds the idea that every golfer brings different skills, talents, and abilities to the table when he/she seeks instruction. Leigh prefers to enhance the positive points of a student’s golf swing; she analyzes the skills, talents and abilities each student possess and develops his/her golf game around those familiar concepts. This structure provides a creative atmosphere for building a golf game and teaches golfers how to become their own best coach.
