Lynn Milligan
Camp Director
Lynn Milligan is an accomplished Division I women’s basketball coach with over 33 years of experience at the collegiate level. She spent 18 seasons as the Head Coach at Rider University, where she became the program’s all-time leader in career wins. During her tenure, she guided Rider to the 2020 MAAC Championship and coached 20 All-MAAC performers, including two MAAC Players of the Year and WNBA standout Stella Johnson. A two-time MAAC Coach of the Year and two-time Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association Coach of the Year, Milligan is recognized for her commitment to excellence, leadership, and the holistic development of her student-athletes.
In addition to her decorated coaching career, Milligan is a Certified Mental Performance Coach and the Founder and Owner of A STEP AHEAD Consulting and Basketball Training. Through her company, she combines decades of coaching experience with mental performance strategies to help athletes and teams unlock their full potential both on and off the court.
