Maggie was the starting midfielder and captain at WCLA Division 1 Westminster College. Named as WCLA Division 1 2nd Team All-American as a sophomore and junior. Was named as Westminster Offensive
Maggie was the starting midfielder and captain at WCLA Division 1 Westminster College. Named as WCLA Division 1 2nd Team All-American as a sophomore and junior. Was named as Westminster Offensive MVP as a sophomore. During her freshman year, Maggie recorded 79 goals and 94 points. She is the second highest scorer and point holder in school history and is striving to break the record by the end of the 2013 season. While playing locally at Brighton High School, HerrNeckar was named a 2x US Lacrosse All American, 3x All State, 2x All Star, 2x MVP, 3x captain, 2009 state champion and was selected to play in the National Senior Showcase as a senior. While competing at the Women's Division National Tournament in Baltimore as a member of the Utah/Idaho National team in 2010, Maggie was seen and invited to try out for Team USA's Women's U19 team - the highlight of her career thus far. She played with Utah Mamaci for four years during HS and continues to play on the College Elite team during the summers. As one of the cofounders of the Brighton Girls Youth Program, Maggie has been coaching for six years. She has coached additionally at Tribal West Camps, Utah Mamaci, and Westminster Girls Lacrosse Camps.
