Marcus Carrington
Volunteer Women's Soccer Goalkeeping Coach - Fairfield University
Carrington will begin his first season as the Stags’ volunteer goalkeeping coach in 2022. Carrington brings a wealth of experience to the position, previously serving in the same role in various schools throughout Connecticut.
In the last four years, Carrington has coached the goalkeepers of: the North Haven Soccer Club, the Hamden High School Boys soccer team, and the University of Bridgeport men’s soccer squad. As a Stag, he will evaluate and assess performance on the pitch and create specific pre and postgame analysis for the goalkeepers.
Carrington was a four-year goalkeeper for the University of Bridgeport, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree with a Sports Marketing major. He also served as the President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
