Coach Chew joined the Horned Frogs in the Summer of 2021 after three seasons at IUPUI where she coached the sprinters, jumpers and multis events.

Her first season with TCU saw immense success in the sprints. Rob Gregory Jr. (200m) and Bryson Stubblefield, Tinotenda Matiyenga, Kundai Maguranyanga and Gregory (4x100) garnered First Team All-American honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championships. Both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays were ranked in the Top 10 throughout the season. At the Big 12 OTF Championships, the men's 4x100 team won gold for the second consecutive year, clocking a meet record time of 38.50.

She also spent the 2021-22 season coaching Lindon Victor, who currently sits at No. 6 in the world in the men's decathlon. Victor was the 2022 Commonwealth Games Decathlon Champion and he also finished fifth at the World Championships with 8,474 points.

During her time at IUPUI, her athletes set 12 school records.

Prior to IUPUI, Chew spent one season at Wabash. She also served as the jumps coach at San Francisco State from 2014-16.

She has achieved the highest certification through USATF as she is trained Level 3 in Jumps. She also has Level 2 training in Jumps, Youth, Combined Events and Springs/Hurdles/Relays. Through USTFCCA, she also has certification in Strength and Conditioning.

Chew competed on San Francisco State's track & field team from 1999-00 in the long jump and triple jump. She graduated from Long Beach State with a BA in Kinesiology and Physical Education with an emphasis on Secondary Education and a RYAN K-12 teaching credential in 2003.
