Matt LeCroy
Matt LeCroy is in his third season as the Rochester Red Wings skipper, and his 14th in the coaching ranks after spending eight years in Major League Baseball as a catcher and designated hitter. In what will be his 12th season as a manager in the Nationals organization, the former big league catcher has also spent two seasons as the Nationals bullpen coach. In 1995, as a member of the Clemson University Tigers, he was named the ACC Freshman of the Year and was later selected in the first round of the 1997 MLB Draft. The South Carolina native would go on to win a Bronze Medal at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta before embarking on his 11-year professional playing career.
