Matt Teuscher

Matt joined Silicon Valley Golf Performance Center in 2016 and enjoys instructing students of all levels and ages!

Matt's athletic background began at four years old. He grew up playing soccer and baseball year round until the age of 20. Golf finally became his passion when he entered college and started studying the effects that exercise has on athletic performance. His passion for the human body and healthy lifestyles led him to become a certified personal trainer through the NFPT and eventually earn his bachelors degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University.

With an extensive background in the fitness industry and a certification through TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), Matt uses his knowledge of the biomechanics of the human body to unlock each individual’s potential to become a better golfer and enjoy the game. Being able to pass on his knowledge to someone and have a positive effect on their life is what drives Matt as a coach and an instructor.
