▪ Youth: Hampton Tornadoes (ages 6-10), Northampton Bruins (ages 11-13)
▪ High School: Bethel High School (JV and Varsity)
▪ College: Elizabeth City State University (2013) and Greenville Prep (Juco 2014)
Flag Football Background:
▪ Active player from 2016 to 2024 in multiple formats (4-man to 9-man)
▪ 4-time PFFL Champion and 1-time National Champion
Coaching Experience:
▪ Quality Control for Flag Football (2021-2024) – 3-time champion coach
▪ Youth basketball coach with Aberdeen Thunder (2019-2020)
