As a child of an educator, teaching and mentoring is in my DNA. When the opportunity came to utilize my Sports Management degree and knowledge as an ESPN Sports Research Analyst covering football for 15+ years, I jumped in feet first in coaching my son's flag football team. A decade later, my passion for impacting youth has turned into a thriving NFL FLAG football experience for 3,500+ boys and girls in leagues from Connecticut to the Carolinas.
