Michelle Cavallaro is a passionate coach and board member for Manheim Township Girls Youth Lacrosse, dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the field.
As the wife of the Head Lacrosse Coach at Franklin & Marshall College, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the game, fostering a positive and competitive environment for her players.
A proud mother of two, Michelle understands the value of mentorship, teamwork, and building confidence in young athletes. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes fundamentals, strategy, and sportsmanship, ensuring that each player not only improves their skills but also gains a lifelong love for the game. Her leadership on and off the field makes her an integral part of the lacrosse community, helping to grow the sport and create opportunities for young female athletes.
