Losbergs enters his first season as an assistant coach at Sacramento State after four highly successful seasons as a Hornet.

Named first team all-Big Sky Conference for the second time (2017, 2019)…named all-league four times during his career, including a second team choice in 2016 and 2018…also named first team all-conference in doubles play…finished the 2019 season with a 10-7 dual singles record, all at the No. 1 spot of the lineup…that included an 8-3 record when playing an opponent from a Big Sky school…won each of his last three, and five of his final six singles matches of the season…of his 10 singles victories, eight came in straight sets…posted a 6-3, 6-4 win in the Big Sky Tournament against Idaho State’s David Felix…becomes the Hornets’ first four-time all-Big Sky selection since Kiryl Harbatsiuk accomplished the feat from 2008-11…named the Big Sky Player of the Week and Sacramento State Student-Athlete of the Week on Feb. 6…named first team all-league in doubles with Louis Chabut after going 11-4 overall, all at No. 1 in the team’s lineup…that included an 8-2 record against Big Sky opposition…won five of their last six matches of the season, including a 6-2 victory in the Big Sky Tournament against Idaho State…did not begin playing together until Feb. 1, and immediately clicked, winning five of their first six matches together…only two losses in league play came by 6-4 scores…overall, Losbergs was 11-7 in doubles play…finished his career 47-39 in dual singles play and 29-14 in Big Sky matches…played at No. 1 in all but one of those contests…also went 49-33 in dual doubles play, 28-12 in league…all of those matches came at No. 1…a Big Sky All-Academic selection for the fourth straight year…recipient of the ITA Scholar-Athlete award for the third straight year.
