Morgan started his lacrosse career on the east coast in 2009 at Tilton School, competing against some of the best Prep School teams in the country. In his Senior season at Southern New Hampshire University, an NCAA Division 2 Program, Morgan was named All Conference Goalie of the Week, Division 2 Player of the week, and Team MVP. Upon graduation, he moved back to his home area of Los Angeles and began coaching.
Over the course of 7 years, Morgan coached at several high-level programs which include: LA Mavs, Oak Park High School, Crespi Carmelite, and Calabasas High School.
Morgan went to Cal Poly in the fall of 2021 as defensive coordinator, and after only one year, took over as Head Coach. This will be Morgan’s second year as head coach, where the Mustangs have continued to be successful, earning the 1st and 2nd conference positions in both years.
