Nick Bonastia is entering his second season as a graduate assistant coach with the Elmhurst men's lacrosse team after a stellar four-year career at Elmhurst.
A two-time second-team all-conference selection at goalkeeper, Bonastia started all 16 games for Elmhurst during the 2017 season while posting career bests in goals against average (7.60) and saves percentage (.576). Bonastia played some of his best contests against CCIW opponents, ranking third in the league in saves (55).
A four-year starter in goal, he finished his career as Elmhurst's career record holder in ground balls (161), saves (594), wins (21) and goals against average (9.63).
