Noah Casaquit is the Assistant Volleyball Coach at the University of San Francisco.

Noah Casaquit was added to Diogo Silva's staff on January 29, 2021. Casaquit comes to the Hilltop after serving as the top assistant across the City at Academy of Art. There he helped the program navigate the unprecedented 2020-21 season, which saw their regular season shut down due to COVID-19 and an abbreviated spring season take place.

In the spring, the Urban Knights gained valuable experience for its underclassmen while boasting three payers ranking among the Pacific West Conference statistical leaders, including outside hitter Ashley Mecham who finished third with 3.45 kills per set. The team finished the spring season with a total of eight Academic All-PacWest honors as well.

In his first year at Academy of Art he helped the program finish with an overall record of 12-18 – an 11 game turnaround, the largest of a PacWest Team. The 12 wins was the program's second most victories in the Urban Knight's NCAA Championship era. The team had two all-conference honorees and 11 all-academic selections that year.

Prior to his stint at Academy of Art, he served as the volunteer assistant at California in 2018. While in Berkeley, he helped the Golden Bears post their host winning total since 2013, en route to four wins over top-25 teams.

From 2014-18, Casaquit spent four years as an assistant coach for Long Beach City College, where he worked with both the men's and women's indoor programs. While at LBCC, he coached the Viking men to a state title in 2016. He also helped the program seal back-to-back-to-back California Community College Athletic Association Western Conference Championships (2016, 2017, 2018). Most recently he helped guide the Vikings to a perfect 19-0 season before falling in the state semifinals in 2018.

Casaquit assisted with the women's team until 2016, which included organizing statistical data and presentations to maximize player performance. He also served as an adjunct professor in the Physical Education/Kinesiology Department at LBCC.

Before his time in Long Beach, Casaquit served as the head coach for two seasons at his collegiate alma mater Hope International University. In 2016, Casaquit coached the Royals to a conference runner-up finish.

Prior to his head coaching stint at Hope International, Casaquit assisted Cerritos College women's volleyball program from 2016-2017 where he focused on developing high-level skillsets for the student-athletes.

Casaquit began his collegiate coaching career at Cypress College in 2011 as the women's volleyball assistant coach.

As a player, Casaquit began his career as the starting libero for Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa, before transferring to Hope International in Fullerton, Calif. While at HIU, he was named captain and led the team to HIU's first appearance in the NAIA National Championship Tournament in 2009 where the Vikings finished third – the highest ranking in school history.

Casaquit was also named to the 2009 NAIA All-Tournament Team and picked up NAIA All-America honors in 2009 and 2010. He was recognized as NAIA Defensive Player of the Year in both seasons. He is the HIU program's all-time career leader with 690 digs and is the single-season record holder with 289 digs.

A consultant and trainer for Peak Volleyball Academy, he was the head coach for Team Rockstar club in 2015, and 2017-2018.

Casaquit earned a master's degree in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific University in 2014 after finishing his undergrad degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management at HIU.
