Parker Esary
Camp Director
Parker Esary stepped into her role as General Manager at Shoot 360 Beaverton on October 2, 2023, bringing with her a remarkable blend of elite basketball experience and dynamic leadership.
A standout collegiate athlete, Parker made history as the only five-time All-American in NAIA women’s basketball, a distinction made possible by an additional year of eligibility during the COVID-19 pandemic. Competing for the University of Providence in Great Falls, Montana, the 6’1” forward earned national recognition for her skill, consistency, and competitive spirit. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, she signed a professional contract with the Perth Redbacks in Australia’s top-tier WNBL, where she continued to excel on the court.
Following her professional career, Parker returned to her hometown of Kalama, Washington, and made history once again—this time as the first female General Manager at Shoot 360 Beaverton. Under her leadership, the facility has seen tremendous growth and continued success, driven by her commitment to excellence and her passion for the game.
Known for her infectious energy and encouraging nature, Parker is dedicated to creating a positive, inclusive, and empowering experience for every Shoot 360 member. Her goal is simple: to help others fall in love with basketball while improving their skills, and confidence—one session at a time.
