Assistant Coach

Patrick Frost - Assistant Coach

Patrick Frost joined the Jessup Men’s Basketball coaching staff ahead of the 2024-25 season. Frost came to Jessup with extensive experience in the PacWest Conference, having made stops at Hawaii Pacific and Point Loma.

Frost came to Jessup after spending one season as the Associate Head Coach for Hawaii Pacific in Honolulu. His one season in the Aloha State saw the Sharks finish 18-11, including a 13-7 mark in conference play after being picked eighth in the preseason pass. HPU ended the season in the PacWest Tournament.

Before Honolulu, Frost spent three seasons in San Diego as an assistant coach at Point Loma. The Sea Lions went 41-10 during his time on the bench, with each season ending with the team qualifying for the NCAA Division II National Tournament.

PLNU’s best season during that run came in the 2019-20 campaign when they finished 24-6, winning the PacWest Championship along the way.

During his final season with the Sea Lions, Frost took on defensive responsibilities, resulting in a 16-4 conference record and another trip to the National Tournament.

Before his time in the PacWest, Frost spent one year as an Assistant Coach for Western Oregon. He also spent two seasons as the video coordinator for Divison I University of San Diego, and three years at Division III Whitworth University.

Frost hails from Seattle and played collegiately at the University of Redlands. He married his wife Shelby in April of 2023, and the two welcomed their first child in December of 2024
