Phillip Koshi
Head Coach

Now in his fourth year as head coach of the Stevenson School girls varsity soccer program, Phillip Koshi has led the team to two league championships and one CCS playoff appearance. Under his leadership, the program has continued to grow, fostering a competitive and dynamic soccer culture.
Before joining Stevenson, Koshi coached at The Taft School, where he helped build the program into a powerhouse in New England, earning national recognition.
As a player, Koshi competed at St. Lawrence University, playing in four consecutive NCAA tournaments for a top 10 nationally ranked team. After college, he played professionally for the Colorado Rapids in MLS and the Cincinnati Kings in USL.
With a deep passion for player development and team success, Koshi is dedicated to guiding student-athletes toward their full potential on and off the field.
