Phillip Luliano
Camp Director
With over 25 years of coaching experience, Phillip Luliano brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the field. Currently serving as the Middlesex Regional Director and 2007 Girls Coach for Match Fit Surf, he has been instrumental in player development and team success. Previously, he dedicated over two decades to U.S. PARMA Soccer Club as President, General Manager, and Coach, guiding both youth and semi-professional teams to multiple state titles and national finals.
His coaching career also includes a decade-long tenure as Head Coach of Mount Saint Mary Academy’s Varsity Girls team, where he led the program to two division titles and a state finalist appearance. Additionally, he has held coaching roles with Oak Knoll Middle School, New Jersey City University Women's Team, and the Union Soccer League.
Holding both Adult and Youth Coaching Licenses, Phillip Luliano has earned numerous accolades, including two Champions League Soccer Manager of the Year awards and multiple championship appearances at the state and national levels. His dedication to the game and passion for player development continue to shape the next generation of athletes.
