Coach Dow's journey with US Sports Camp continues into her third summer, where she has ascended to the esteemed role of Head Clinician, a testament to her dedication and expertise in the field.

As a standout athlete at Regis College, Coach Dow's impact on the volleyball court has been profound. With three All-Conference honors under her belt and recognition as a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District player, she has solidified her place as a leader both on and off the court.

Throughout her collegiate career, Coach Dow set numerous records, showcasing her versatility and skill. Breaking Regis' all-time records for most career matches and sets played, she left an indelible mark on the program. Additionally, finishing second in program history for career kills and hitting percentage, as well as third in career service aces and fifth in career total blocks, Coach Dow's impact on the game cannot be overstated.

Beyond her athletic achievements, Coach Dow has excelled academically, earning multiple Academic All-GNAC honors and demonstrating her commitment to excellence in every aspect of her life.

Off the court, Coach Dow's pursuit of academic excellence continues with her recent graduation with a master's degree in strategic sports communication. Prior to this, she earned her bachelor's degree in marketing & communications and business management from Regis, with minors in economics and data analytics.
