Rob Best is the Co-Director of CT Pride Sports Inc. and a coach who thrives on pushing athletes to be their best—whether it’s their first time on the field or they’re chasing college dreams.
With over a decade of experience, Coach Best has led teams to 7v7, tackle, and flag football championships, traveling coast to coast and beyond to compete. Under his leadership, CT Pride has produced nationally ranked teams and top-tier athletes. A NASM Certified Personal Trainer and performance specialist, he’s committed to developing players the right way—on and off the field.
