Rusty is going into his second season at Curry College. Recently relocated from Texas where he was involved in the development of high school baseball players for two decades, as a HS Head Coach and in the travel/select capacity.
Past players have gone on to play at numerous colleges over the years, conferences including; Big 12, Conference USA, SEC, West Coast Conference and numerous NCAA D1-D3 and NJCAA institutions. 2019 was a particularly special year in which his first former player reached The Show, Ruben Alaniz, Seattle Mariners. Rusty’s track record confirms that he truly has the a solid grasp on player development and what college and professional scouts look for in a person and a player.
