Ryan Marrs
Camp Director
A Medford, Oregon native and current Head Boys Basketball Coach at Eagle Point High School, Ryan Marrs brings more than 20 years of coaching, mentorship, and youth development experience to NBC Camps. After playing at North Medford High School, Ryan discovered his passion for coaching and has since dedicated his career to developing athletes at the youth, middle school, and high school levels.
Beyond basketball, Ryan has a strong background in youth advocacy and community service, including experience as a drug and alcohol counselor, case manager for homeless youth, and gang intervention specialist. Currently serving as a Graduation Coach, Ryan views basketball as a ministry, using the game to share his faith, build character, and develop resilient young leaders. As director of NBC Camps at Southern Oregon University, he is passionate about creating an environment where athletes can grow in skill, confidence, faith, and leadership through hard work and fellowship.
