Sarah Anderson
Assistant Coach
UC Santa Cruz Women's Basketball hired Sarah Anderson as an assistant coach for the 2017-18 season. Sarah, who brings Division III playing experience, will be charged with guard development, Slugs Basketball Camps, and community relations for the program.
She played at Lewis and Clark in Oregon, graduating in 2017 with a degree in biology as a three-year captain and starter. Her senior year she had the top 3-point shooting percentage (47.1) in Div. III and was 7th in the entire NCAA.
A native of Carmel, Anderson was a three-time First Team Mission Trail Athletic League for Carmel High School, and was League MVP and Honorable-Mention All-State her senior year for the Padres.
