Scott Hassee, PGA

Scott has served as Director of Player Development of The Franklin Bridge Performance Institute since 2020 at the newly owned and renovated Franklin Bridge. Previously he had been working for the Hank Johnson School of Golf since May 2010 as the Lead Instructor. Scott oversees the structure and design of all programs and assists as lead instructor in the older and advanced camps.

Scott enters his 13th year of teaching and coaching with a wealth of knowledge, training, and experience under his belt. His junior golfers have won more than a dozen state championships, two hundred junior golf tournaments, over $500,000 in scholarships and his college players have won more than two dozen events, set more than a dozen school records, and have received All-American honors, including a team National Championship.

Scott’s podcast on course strategy and mindset: The Champions Playbook, has had more than 30,000 listens. It is based on his first book, The Champions Playbook which teaches course strategy and mindset in a unique and effective way. In January of 2022, he released his second book: Golf Decoded that is based on more than 10,000 holes of tracked PGA Tour data and grants players a simple, effective, and measurable way to improve course strategy and give players the ability to adjust on the fly.

These principles plus his high experience in technique development allow Scott to oversee and implement the development of core fundamentals in each area of the game. He will serve in every capacity in our advanced camps and serve as the head of full-swing development and oversee the technique development in each area of the game for all age and skill levels.
