Sebastian Cozzi

Sebastian Cozzi is the Camp Director at Sofive Winter Park where he has led and developed youth programs for 4+ years. During his time at Sofive, Sebastian has taken on roles as a camp director, coach, and referee where he has gained a wealth of experience working with young athletes across a wide range of ages and skill levels.

Sebastian has played soccer for 15+ years and has competed at a high level several club and school teams including Central Florida SC. Sebastian uses this experience to provide individualized coaching to every camper, helping them improve technically and build confidence while still enjoying the process in a fun and supportive environment.

Sebastian has worked with young athletes from 18 months up to 15 years old. This experience gives him the ability to adapt his coaching style to different developmental stages. In addition to coaching, Sebastian also referees matches ranging from youth games to adult leagues, further strengthening his knowledge of the game and his ability to manage players in a structured environment.

At Sofive Winter Park, Sebastian is known for creating a positive, organized, and engaging atmosphere where players are encouraged to develop their skills and work together. He emphasizes effort, teamwork, and consistency, while making sure each camper has a valuable and enjoyable experience.

As a Nike Multi-Sport Camp Director, Sebastian brings energy, reliability, and attention to detail to every session. His goal is to ensure that each player leaves camp more confident, skilled, and motivated to continue growing in the sport.
