Shannon Anfuso
Camp Director
Shannon Anfuso brings a lifelong passion for soccer and player development to the field. A native of the Jersey Shore, she grew up competing in top regional leagues, including EDP, NPL, and ECNL, before starring as a four-year varsity player at Shore Regional High School. During her time there, she helped lead the program to three division titles, four sectional championships, and two state titles.
Shannon continued her playing career at Springfield College, where she competed collegiately for four years. After graduating, she relocated to Delaware in 2020 and began her coaching career with Delmarva Rush. Since then, she has coached both boys’ and girls’ teams across recreational, developmental, and travel levels, supporting players on their journeys to elite pathways such as ODP, regional ID camps, and the International Rush Cup. Shannon now serves as the Head of Player Development for the club’s travel program.
Shannon is dedicated to developing the complete player—focusing on technical ability, mental resilience, and emotional growth through a positive and high-energy learning environment. She is committed to delivering a camp experience that challenges, inspires, and fuels a lifelong love for the game.
Shannon is thrilled to lead this camp and looks forward to providing every player with an exciting week of growth, competition, and fun on the field.
