Shannon Breen

Shannon Breen is the Owner of HAWG Performance LLC. where he majors in Specialized Performance Training for Offensive and Defensive Linemen.

A native of Frederick MD, Breen prepped at Linganore high school where he earned First Team Carroll All-Gazette and First Team All-MVAL Chesapeake Conference honors. Breen was a four-year starter and a two-year captain at West Virginia Wesleyan where he earned earned Second Team All-WVIAC honors in 2009, First Team All-WVIAC and Second Team All-Super Region 1 in 2010. Breen was selected to play in the All-American Bowl and Cactus Bowl in 2011.

After college, Breen went on to play professionally with the Milwaukee Mustangs, Green Bay Blizzard, Cleveland Gladiators, Montreal Alouettes and Philadelphia Soul. He was a standout player and was Second Team All-Arena in 2014, First Team All-Arena and Spaulding Offensive Lineman of the Year in 2015. Breen also has had workouts with the New York Jets, Pittsburgh Steelers, Indianapolis Colts and Cleveland Browns of the National Football League.
