Sheu Oduniyi
Camp Director
Sheu Oduniyi joined the Macalester women’s basketball coaching staff in the fall of 2018 as an assistant coach. Oduniyi has served as an assistant boys’ basketball coach and reserve teacher at Minneapolis South High School for the past three years.
A Minneapolis native and a graduate of South High School, Oduniyi played basketball at Portland State University, where he was a member of the Vikings’ 2005 squad that won the program’s first Big Sky Conference championship. He graduated in 2006 with a degree in social science and also played professionally in the International Basketball League.
Oduniyi previously worked for the Miami Heat for three seasons, assisting with game day operations. He also was an intern and assistant coach at Elev8 Sport Institute Basketball Academy.
In addition to his degree from Portland State, Oduniyi earned an MBA from Lynn University in 2015.
