Shon Baylock
Director
Coach Shon brings 15 years of coaching experience, including 8 at the college football level, where he built a foundation in athlete development, leadership, and performance training.
From 2021-2024, he made a major impact in track and field, leading the boys’ and girls’ teams at Goose Creek High School to break school records, produce multiple state finalists, medalists, and several state champions. His excellence was recognized in 2023 when he was named the Region 6-5A Boys and Girls Track Coach of the Year.
Now serving as the sprints coach at Cane Bay High School, Coach Shon continues to guide student-athletes to success on the track while emphasizing academic accountability and personal growth off the track. His passion for holistic development makes him a trusted leader and mentor in the lives of young athletes.
