Camp Director

Sloane Baumgartner - Camp Director

Directing camp will be Sloane Baumgartner!

Sloane Baumgartner enters her third season as the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Elmhurst University, where she is actively building the Bluejays program and helping establish a strong foundation for future success. In her first two seasons leading Elmhurst, Baumgartner guided the program to steady improvement, increasing the team’s win total from 2 victories in 2024 to 5 wins in 2025 while continuing to develop a competitive culture within the CCIW.

Before arriving at Elmhurst, Baumgartner served as a graduate assistant coach at North Central College from August 2020 through May 2022. During her time with the Cardinals, she helped coach multiple College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin honorees, led team fundraising efforts, and monitored student-athlete academic progress.

Baumgartner has also served as a head coach for Team One Lacrosse Club since 2020, mentoring and developing youth players while sharing her passion for the game.

As a player, Baumgartner was a four-year standout at Ohio Wesleyan University from 2016-2020. A four-year starter, she finished her career with 159 goals, 57 assists, and 216 total points. She remains Ohio Wesleyan’s all-time leader in career goals and ranks third in program history in career points. Baumgartner led the Battling Bishops in both goals and points during all four of her collegiate seasons.

She earned All-North Coast Athletic Conference Honorable Mention honors twice and tied the school record with 11 points in a single game against Westminster on February 29, 2020.

A native of Naperville, Illinois, Baumgartner earned degrees in Business Administration (Marketing) and Sports Management from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2020 before completing her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from North Central College in 2022.
