Steve Guthrie

Directing the San Francisco Clinic is Gold Level PEAK Coach, Steve Guthrie. Coach Steve is entering his 5th year as a PEAK coach. A professional swim coach for the past 43 years, he is a constant source of positive energy and encouragement. He has spent the last 30 years as the Head Coach of De La Salle High School in Concord, CA.

For the last 30 years as the Head Coach of De La Salle High School in Concord, California, he has developed more than twenty All-Americans as well as five U.S. Olympic Trial qualifiers. He has also been named the North Coast Section Coach-of-the-Year and the De La Salle High School Coach-of-the-Year, plus awarded the Distinguished Service Award from the North Coast Section. Under his tutelage, his team has amassed a winning record of 138 dual meets in a row and 19 league championships in a row.
