Steve Sanders

Steve Sanders attended Bowling Green State University where he played 4 college football seasons. He finished his career with impressive career stats landing him honors as one of BGSU’s All-Time leading wide receivers.

More importantly, he graduated college with a bachelors degree in Liberal Studies. Sanders on field success led him to play in the NFL for his hometown, the Cleveland Browns, during the 2006-2008 seasons. He also has played for the Detroit Lions and Arizona Cardinals. In 2012, Sanders willingly retired from the NFL to pursue his life’s purpose of directly impacting young people across the world.

In addition to his playing career and philanthropy, in 2014, Steve Sanders published his first book, “Training Camp For Life: Developing Champions In Sports and In Life”. To date, over 20,000 copies of Training Camp For Life have been distributed worldwide in both English and Spanish. Sanders has also used his book and copywrite Character Development and Leadership Training Curriculum to partner with the NFL as an Ambassador of the NFL College Outreach Program. He was one of the first Ambassadors in the inaugural year of the program in 2014.

Steve Sanders has been featured in weekly TV Show segment “Straight From The Pros” on NBC-WKYC during the NFL Season as an On-Air Sports Analyst.

Steve Sanders recently relocated his family to the Greater Atlanta area and has a vision to offer Nike Football Skills Camps all over the state of Georgia.
