Hi! I’m Sydney Schulz, and I’m thrilled to be stepping into the camp director role this Summer! I’ve been coaching for about eight years now, working with both high school and club teams, and I truly love helping players grow—not just in their skills, but in confidence and leadership too.
I grew up in Lakeville, where I played volleyball and golf, and those experiences shaped a lot of how I coach today. I’m all about creating a positive team culture where everyone works hard, supports each other, and competes with heart. I want my players to feel like they’re part of something bigger than themselves and walk away proud of the progress they’ve made, both individually and as a team.
When I’m not in the gym, I work in Community Engagement at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, helping build stronger connections across the community. I’m looking forward to a great season full of growth, grit, and good energy!
