Sydney Stoll enters her second season as an assistant coach at Fairfield after spending the previous three seasons as an assistant at her alma mater UMass.

During those three seasons on the UMass sidelines, Stoll led the recruiting process which resulted in top recruits including a High School All-American. She also analyzed game film and lead team film sessions while preparing and executing scouting reports on all opponents.

In addition to her time in Amherst, Stoll was the Director of the Girls Program at the Scorpions Soccer Club in Braintree, Mass. She managed the girls segment which included 50 teams and helped guide and place top student-athletes through the high school and college recruiting process. Student-athletes who she has helped place have gone to colleges such as: Boston College, UConn, Yale, Providence, and Holy Cross.

As a student-athlete, Scoll played four seasons with UMass and served as captains during the 2009 and 2010 seasons. Stoll appeared in 58 career matches for the Minutewomen while compiling 33 career points on 14 goals. Stoll graduated in 2011 with a degree in psychology.
