Taylor Woolard is an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Colgate University and brings head- and associate-head-coaching experience from multiple NCAA programs. Before joining Colgate in 2025, she served as Associate Head Coach at Youngstown State, helping the Penguins to one of the strongest win totals in program history, and previously led the Division II program at Converse University. Taylor has coached across several levels of college lacrosse and understands how to teach both the fundamentals and the decisions that make those skills work in games. At Xcelerate, she brings current collegiate knowledge, direct feedback, and a connected coaching style designed to help players become more confident and capable.
