Terry Baumgartner

Coach Terry Baumgartner is the Head Baseball Coach at Feather River College and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Nike Baseball Camps.

In his thirteen years as the head coach at Feather River College, his teams have won: 11 Golden Valley Conference championships, 7 Regional championships, 2 Super-Regional championships, and 3 California Academic Team Award winners. He has also been named the GVC Coach-of-the-Year eight times.

Prior to Feather River, Coach Baumgartner led the baseball program at Western Oregon for 13 years where his squads during his tenure were dominant in the Pacific Northwest. Baumgartner has been honored as the NAIA Region I Coach of the Year and was also one of five nominees for the Slats Gill Man of the Year award. He has also been selected as the Cascade Conference's Baseball Coach of the Year, Great Northwest Athletic Conference Coach of the Year four times, and Coach of the Year for all Men's Sports in the GNAC.

As a player, Baumgartner competed at Western Oregon University where he was a one of the top small-college relief pitchers, earning honorable mention NAIA All-District 2 honors.
