TJ Lucas

TJ Lucas is the owner of the largest flag football program in Massachusetts and a respected leader in player development and performance training. A former collegiate football player at Worcester State University, TJ brings extensive experience from both playing and coaching at high levels of the game. He has served as a high school football coach at Northbridge High School (MA), St. John’s High School (MA), Greenwich High School (CT), and Fairfield Ludlowe High School (CT). TJ has also worked in the professional ranks as a coach with the Massachusetts Pirates, and currently specializes in speed and movement development through ALU42 Athletics, helping athletes maximize their performance on and off the field.
