Tom is an energetic youth coach currently active with working for himself as an entrepreneur, where he helps players develop technical skills and tactical awareness in a motivating and safe environment. With prior experience at Lommel SK and certifications including UEFA C and MultiMove, Tom creates customized training programs for young athletes (U6–U16). He’s known for his ability to connect with players, inspire progress, and tailor guidance to each individual’s needs.
