Tom Orehowsky coached at Manatee High cross country beginning in 1976, Manatee/Sarasota Co. Coach Orehowsky was Coach of the Year - 5xBoys, 4xGirls, four SMRC campers who were Florida State 1600 Champions, two were XC runner-ups, FHSAA Track & Field official, RRCA Southeast Region Volunteer of Year 2004, RRCA National Volunteer of the Year 2008 - Rod Steele Award Winner.
Coach Orehowsky has been a pivotal part of camp for the past 21 years. He is the hydration specialist for camp and also coordinates all transportation for campers and coaches.
