An executive manager and serial entrepreneur, Tom combines his passion for baseball, technology, and business as a Special Assistant to the head baseball coach at Western Kentucky University.
For over 20 years, the duo has conducted instructional baseball camps and offered instructional baseball products throughout the US via Throw90 a leading-edge baseball technology company that they co-founded in 1997. Tom has also provided camp leadership at Clemson, Arizona State, College of Charleston, Binghamton University, Auburn, Hofstra, and University of Toledo.
In addition to being a business partner with Coach Pawlowski, he consults with software and eLearning companies in Executive Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other senior management related activities such as mergers, acquisitions, equity investments, and business strategy. Previously Tom has been part of senior management teams for early and late stage startup companies. He has more than 25 years of success working in high-tech, high-growth entrepreneurial environments.
