“TJ” Trevor Graham Jr., former NFL football player and
Director of Analytics and Sport Performance at Duke Sports Sciences Institute. TJ Graham is a former NFL wide receiver turned elite performance coach who specializes in speed training and biomechanics. He spent 8 years playing professional football, including stops with the Buffalo Bills, New York Jets, New Orleans Saints, and Philadelphia Eagles after a standout collegiate career at NC State.
Since retiring, TJ has become a sought-after speed coach for athletes in many sports - not just football. Combining an analytical approach leveraging sports technology with technical expertise developed over 12 years as an elite receiver, he creates tailored programs focusing on efficient movement patterns and maximizing explosiveness.
TJ currently serves as Head of Performance at Breakaway Data and Director of Analytics and Sport Performance at Duke Sports Sciences Institute. He oversees athlete assessment, monitoring, and coaching grounded in data-driven insights for customized improvement plans. TJ builds immersive relationships with students to elevate their athletic potential through refined technique and emphasizing the anaerobic energy system.
