Will Croom

Will is a long time area Football coach and athletic skill developer. He’s mentored well over 280 high school athletes, providing them guidance to excel on and off the field.

Partnered with National organizations to strategize, budget, and establish marketing campaigns and sponsorships promoting Football related events, and camps.

Mr. Croom Created “The Mass Elite 7v7 program 2014-2020” partnering with FBU, The Process, XOS Digital, Gamebreaker and The US Army All American bowl. His 7v7 program drew high-profile football talent through development and showcasing. Several alumni of the program were on SEC, BIG-TEN, ACC, CAA, IVY League and PAC- 12 rosters. With a few getting the call to the National Football League. Sean Mckeon Dallas Cowboys, Ifeatu Melifonwu Detroit Lions, Lewis Cine Minnesota Vikings, Noah Gray Kansas City Chiefs, Maurice Hurst San Francisco 49ers, Aboue Toure Indianapolis Colts and Cannan Severin New York Giants.

His Northeast 7v7 Showdown spring ball Tournament drew large numbers, great competition and opened doors for national attention to those who attended. Will has also served as a college football recruiting liaison with programs at the FBS, FCS, D2, DIII and Junior college levels, helping them find the right prospects for their programs needs.

Coaching experience

▪ Massachusetts Pirates members of the IFL (Indoor Football League). Will was the running backs coach and assistant special teams coordinator during their 2021 Championship season. Coaching backs such as Marquis Young UMASS/Tennessee Titans, Justin Stockton Texas Tech/Detroit Lions, Martez Carter Grambling/Washington Commanders & Nick Gibson Mississippi State University

▪ Middlesex School members of the ISL and 2019 NEPSAC Class-C Champions. Croom was their Wideouts and defensive backs coach during the 2017 and 2019 season he was elevated to defensive coordinator for the 2022 season.

▪ Worcester State University who are DIII members of the MASCAC. There he coached Wideouts and Running backs for the Lancers.

▪ Billerica Memorial high school strength coach and Running backs coach. Helped Duane Sigsbury jump start the resurgence of Billerica Football pride.

Playing experience

▪ Signed contract with the New England surge members of the CIFL (Continental indoor football league).

▪ Played Running back at the University of West Georgia.

▪ Did a post grad year at Bridgton Academy.

▪ Was an All-League and DCL MVP.
