Will Gorden
Director
Will Gorden is the current Director of Baseball Operations for Building Champions. He has overseen the growth of the programming for both the high school and youth baseball programs for BC. Will is also the Head Coach for Shawnee Mission East, having served as head coach for the previous 7 seasons, guiding teams to multiple state tournament appearances.
Prior to being at East, Will worked for Major League Baseball as the Head of on of their Development Centers in China. He resides in Kansas City with his family, where he enjoys watching his own son play the game.
