Wren Long began their gymnastics journey at GAB Cambridge as a child. After spending nearly a decade on our competitive team, Wren transitioned into coaching and has since become one of our most dedicated and trusted instructors. Currently, Wren serves as the Director of our Stars Program, a pre-team track designed for talented athletes identified through our recreational program.
Wren leads with a deep passion for gymnastics and continues to inspire through their commitment to the sport. In addition to coaching, you can often find Wren participating in our adult classes, constantly pushing themselves to learn new skills and grow as an athlete!
