1. Staff uniform & Camp Supplies Order Form

🚨Due Date: 1 month prior to camp. Our goal is to send camp product as soon as possible! Feel free to complete ahead of time!
2. Tipalti (Camp Payments):
✔️Action item: Click here to confirm your payment information is accurate
🚨Due date: Prior to any payments are submitted (suggested completion date of May 1)
3. Ankored (Background Checks)
✔️Action item: Click here to begin your background check and abuse prevention course. Once you have completed, please invite your camp staff to execute.
🚨Due date: 2 weeks prior to camp.
4. Pre camp communications
✔️Action item: Review your camp webpage for accuracy. parents will reference the webpage for all details leading into camp. If any updates are required, please email Megan or Cristina! Listed below are the items to review:
- Onsite contact - who can parents contact at camp in case of an emergency (phone & email)?
- Website Details: Address, Parking details, Dates/Times, Schedule, Dorm details, etc.
- Extra forms: Does your university or facility require additional signed waivers? If so, send us a copy

As we head into the busiest time of the year, we want to ensure that you can reach our team with an urgent questions or concerns! Below is the contact information for everyone on the team.
* As a reminder, the majority of our team resides in the Pacific Standard Time Zone. Although many of us are early risers, we may not always answer on the first ring early in the morning. Good news! Our newest addition, Jason Reed lives in the Eastern Standard Time zone and can be available for those early urgent questions!
