Dear future camper, I attended the Nike field hockey camp at Lexington this summer and had a really great camp experience! The coaches worked us hard, and I was sore at the end of each day, but the trade off was worth it! I improved so much over the four days, met girls from other schools, and heightened my desire to play at the college level. I highly recommend this camp. I was even invited to play futures! Best of luck to you, and I hope to see you out on the turf!

“This was a very well run and very organized camp. For my girls the best attended yet. I will see you next year!”
-
Great experience, unlike other camps that we have experienced that pushed too hard - resulting in an injury, Nike camp was just enough - challenging but still safe & fun.
-
This camp was an incredible experience for my 2 high school daughters. They left camp with a feeling of great confidence and knowledge of the game!
-
Excellent camp. My daughter attended other camps and this one taught her the most and her skills and confidence improved greatly during just 1 week. Highly recommended
-
The intensity and instruction at the camp were great; our daughter played with and against players of her own and higher skill level. Ritika does a GREAT job with the staff and the campers!
-
The staff was friendly and very informative. My daughter was a beginner and the staff was very supportive. She is thrilled to try out for the team at her school! Your camp was a very well organized and positive experience! Thanks.

Each day when I picked my daughter up from the Nike Lexington camp, she always was cheerful and had a big smile. She was grouped appropriately for her skill level, and loved the popsicles!!(: She loved her coach, learned a lot, and had fun. The Nike Lexington camp is for ANY player ready to improve.
-
What a wonderful experience! As a late beginner, I was amazed at how well I was placed with other people of my level and age! Plus, the coaches were great at giving me a jump-start to learning how to play field hockey!
-
This camp provides a very supportive environment, regardless of ability. Wonderful coaching and an excellent program. Both of my girls learned so much and had fun at the same time. The coaches fostered great teamwork skills and individual skills. My girls ended the week saying they would attend this camp everyday of the summer if they could.
-
The coaches and other players were very friendly and nice. Rotating stations teaching and reviewing helpful skills, making sure everyone knows how to do the skill and helping everyone not just saying does everyone know how to do this.
-
Great coaches made it fun for the girls

The excitement my beginner came away with for the sport

My Daughter, new at the sport felt very comfortable learning among girls with lots of experience. The coaches celebrated her successes and improvements as they would with a very experienced player!

Laila really enjoyed meeting the counselors who were kind and encouraging and in casual moments shared their varied and interesting FH experience. The mix of FH activities was also a lot of fun. The camp seemed to draw a very nice cohort of kids.
-
She LOVED it! She had never done FH camp before and she is a new player. She loved the coaches, the vibe, the drills, the games, the campers, the fun contests. She loved that there were players/coaches there from LHS that she has met at hockey and FH clinics over the years. It was well run and very fun
-
Gwen has never played and we were not from Lexington. She loved the Sticks for Starters camp and that was all because of the time the coaches took with her and all the fun games and skills she learned. She did not know any other kids there but by the end she had a a few new friends and a love for field hockey!
-
Our daughter loves the camp. The coaches were really skilled and introduced her to new skills. To get this kind of feedback from a high schooler says a lot. Plan on seeing her next year!!

She always seems to come home excited with the new skills she has learned. Nice feedback from the coaches.
-
My daughter loved that some of her coaches were from Spain! Camp was well organized and run. No standing around being bored. She already wants to go back next summer.
-
All around great time. The drills were fun, the coaches were great, and the experience was awesome.

Each day Sophie talked about a skill she worked on and a highlight in her game. She LOVED her coaches. I was impressed with what I saw when I would pick up. All coaches were engaged in game play, always coaching and providing positive feedback. the coaching staff was tremendous. I never once saw a coach being lazy. They were fabulous in terms of their knowledge of the game but also their positive energy. I appreciate how the camp will work with kids and move them to different groups. They seemed extremely flexible and the main focus was to make sure the kids felt happy and comfortable with the group they were in.
-
Kate had a fantastic time, the coaches and staff were amazing! She came home every afternoon excited to share what she did during the day. She set several personal goals for herself and was able to accomplish them.
-
My camper had a great time.. she loved the camp , she learned a lot. She would come home from camp and go right outside to practice what she learned that day.
-
When she asked if she could move into a different team to match her skill level and friendships, staff was very accommodating and didn't make her feel badly for asking. Thanks again!

Every day our daughter was excited to participate in camp. The staff always made her feel involved, welcome and were encouraging.

This was my daughter's first time going and she went be herself. She loved it; the staff made her feel very welcome and she improved her skills which helped her confidence when returning to her school team.
-
My 11 y.o. daughter had never played field hockey and did not know anyone else at the camp but the counselors put her at ease and she easily made friends. I can't believe how much she learned in only a week. The level of instruction was incredible and the counselors were skilled at both playing and coaching. The director was friendly and got to know the campers personally. It was a great experience for my daughter and I would recommend it for players of all ages and abilities.
-
The camp was well organized; the Director set a friendly and welcoming tone. Therefore the girls had the opportunity to become friends with girls they had never met. I brought four girls and they all had excellence experiences and learned a lot. I would highly recommend this camp.
-
I really enjoy the friendly, motivational, and knowledgeable staff! The repetitive drills really improve my field hockey stick skills. In addition, the games at the end of the day allowed me to practice the skills I had worked on during the day.
-
“The Lexington Day Field Hockey Camp is something I would definitely recommend to players looking to improve their game. Even as a senior in high school, I was able to learn so much and become a more skilled and patient player. The coaching staff is awesome, and the location is perfect.”
-
“NIKE Field Hockey Camps do a good job of helping certain players with their specific needs as in skills they need to improve on and showing them how to correct the things they are doing wrong and putting those skills into your game play.”
-
“Nike Field Hockey Camps are very good at bringing in very talented coaches. They are not only talented, but they have the ability to break down each aspect of the game into pieces that are more easily achievable. Overall, the Nike Camp did everything pretty well.”
-
They teach you new things, how to actually play feild hickey the right way, they make sure that everyone is included, all campers and instructors are very nice, they have a nice setup of how the day goes.

The Nike Field Hockey Camp in Lexington was very well run. I thought the coaches and staff were there to help me in all areas and that they were very well educated in the sport. I would strongly recommend this camp. They provide great instruction and it has a nice balance between game play and skill work.
-
This is always a highlight of my daughter's summer! The camp is exceptionally well run and has phenomenal coaching. My daughter always comes away with new skills!
-
The small ratio was perfect for my daughter who had only played one season. Her specialization is for goalie, breaking down the sessions were key to her motivation.
-
Skills were learned in a safe environment that promoted improvement at every level.
-
My daughter loved the afternoon events each day and the counselors from Spain - who were especially excellent.
-
This was her first opportunity to try field hockey and she had a great time this week.
-
Nike FH camp pushed me to be a better athlete while still being safe and having fun. It was hard, but also really rewarding!
-
They really taught beginners the basics very well and made everything clear. I liked that we scrimmaged even as beginners because it was good practice. After only taking that four day camp I made a varsity field hockey team.
