This camp taught me so much so quickly, and it was fun! The coaches really helped my ability to learn field hockey and got to know my skill level!
What a wonderful experience! As a late beginner, I was amazed at how well I was placed with other people of my level and age! Plus, the coaches were great at giving me a jump-start to learning how to play field hockey!
Dear future camper, I attended the Nike field hockey camp at Lexington this summer and had a really great camp experience! The coaches worked us hard, and I was sore at the end of each day, but the trade off was worth it! I improved so much over the four days, met girls from other schools, and heightened my desire to play at the college level. I highly recommend this camp. I was even invited to play futures! Best of luck to you, and I hope to see you out on the turf!
My daughter loved that some of her coaches were from Spain! Camp was well organized and run. No standing around being bored. She already wants to go back next summer.
I really enjoyed everything we did for the week! It was a nice balance of intensity and focused drills etc., and it was so much fun!
She LOVED it! She had never done FH camp before and she is a new player. She loved the coaches, the vibe, the drills, the games, the campers, the fun contests. She loved that there were players/coaches there from LHS that she has met at hockey and FH clinics over the years. It was well run and very fun
Each day Sophie talked about a skill she worked on and a highlight in her game. She LOVED her coaches. I was impressed with what I saw when I would pick up. All coaches were engaged in game play, always coaching and providing positive feedback. the coaching staff was tremendous. I never once saw a coach being lazy. They were fabulous in terms of their knowledge of the game but also their positive energy. I appreciate how the camp will work with kids and move them to different groups. They seemed extremely flexible and the main focus was to make sure the kids felt happy and comfortable with the group they were in.
I would highly recommend the Lexington Nike Field Hockey Camp. Both of my daughters loved camp and look forward to going back for years to come. Excellent instruction from coaches who really know field hockey. A+ rating.

She was grouped appropriately for her skill level, and loved the popsicles!!(: She loved her coach, learned a lot, and had fun. The Nike Lexington camp is for ANY player ready to improve.
Great experience, unlike other camps that we have experienced that pushed too hard - resulting in an injury, Nike camp was just enough - challenging but still safe & fun.

Gwen has never played and we were not from Lexington. She loved the Sticks for Starters camp and that was all because of the time the coaches took with her and all the fun games and skills she learned. When she asked if she could move into a different team to match her skill level and friendships, staff was very accommodating and didn't make her feel badly for asking. Thanks again!
My Daughter, new at the sport felt very comfortable learning among girls with lots of experience. The coaches celebrated her successes and improvements as they would with a very experienced player!

They really taught beginners the basics very well and made everything clear. I liked that we scrimmaged even as beginners because it was good practice. After only taking that four day camp I made a varsity field hockey team.
