2026 CAMP OPTIONS
Please note: Camp schedules and details may be subject to change. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff and placed into groups based on age and ability level.
STICKS FOR STARTERS
- Dates: July 20-23
- Gender/Ages: Girls & Boys, Ages 6-10
- Skill: Beginner
- Daily Hours: 9:00am-12:00pm, each day
- Check-in: 8:30am on day 1. Check-in is required on the first day at the main table/tent starting no earlier than 8:30am. All other days attendance will be taken in skills groups with coaches.
- Program: This Sticks for Starters program is designed for players who are just starting out or are new to the sport of field hockey. Campers can get a jump-start on their stick work, learn fundamental concepts, and build a solid foundation from highly skilled staff in a fun and encouraging environment.
ALL SKILLS CAMPS
- Dates: July 20-23
- Gender/Ages: Girls & Boys, Ages 10-18
- Skill: All Skill levels
- Daily Hours: 9:00am-3:00pm, each day
- Check-in: 8:30am on day 1
- Program: This All Skills program is geared towards players of all abilities. The camp program includes stick work instruction & skills, technical & tactical training, offensive & defensive skills, and positioning work. Goalie-specific training is available as well
CAMP CHECK-IN
Monday, July 20th
- ALL CAMPERS: Check-in takes place on Monday at 8:30am at the Turf Fields.
- Drop off instructions: There is a parking area directly next to the turf for parking and drop off/pick up but it is tight and the flow needs to keep moving. There is an additional parking lot just across the driveway with plenty of parking if you plan to park and get out. If campers drive themselves to camp they will not be permitted to leave the premises during the camp day, so please reinforce this at home.
CAMP CHECK-OUT
- ALL SKILLS CAMPERS: Check-out will take place at 3:00pm each day.
- STICKS FOR STARTERS: Check-out will take place at 12:00pm each day. Coaches will bring campers to the turf entrance when they are done for the day and you can pick them up there.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNTS
If you have a group of 4 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. If you have a group of 8 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $45 discount. Discounts are not available for camps priced at $250 or less. Please fill out the Team Discount - Field Hockey form and we will create a unique discount code for your group.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a lunch each day.
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Reversible Jersey & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Lacrosse Reversible Jersey and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director’s discretion.
- Equipment Needed: Hockey stick, water bottle, mouth guard, shin guards, turf shoes (goalies must bring full goalie protective equipment)
- Inclement Weather Plan: We do not have access to an indoor facility to play in, only to use for shelter if needed. If severe weather is expected for an entire camp day we will look to alternative plans/use Friday as a make up day.
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Facility
Georgetown High School is located in Northern Massachusetts. Campers from the surrounding area are encouraged to compete at our field hockey camp.
