The Nike Hockey Camps in England are a young players dream. Campers receive expert training at beautiful facilities in the UK, while also having excursions in London, Portsmouth, and Lee Valley Olympic Park. Become completely immersed in the sport for a 13-day session.

Camp Director Matt Daly
Matt has over 17 years of International hockey experience behind him, 10 years of which were spent in the England and GB National team in which he amassed over 160 international caps in which time he scored more than 60 goals.View Matt Daly's Bio ⟩
Matt is now a full-time sports teacher and hockey coach in London, supporting the development of junior and senior elite hockey players. He also still plays competitively in the English National League.
During his time on the National Team, Matt competed in two Olympic Games (Beijing and London), 4 European Championships (winning a gold in 2009 and bronze in 2011), two Champions Trophies, a World Cup and a Commonwealth Games.
Matt plays his club hockey with Surbiton where he has been a member of the 1st XI for the past 16 years scoring over 200 goals in the meantime.
Having retired from International Hockey in 2013, Matt is now a full-time sports teacher and hockey coach in London, supporting the development of junior and senior elite hockey players. He also still plays competitively in the English National League.
Coach Dave Bartram

Having won National school titles with Kingston Grammar School he has turned his hand to the coaching side of the game.
As a head coach and performance coach he has helped produced over 20 junior internationals in that time. Dave has been at Surbiton Hockey Club for the last 12 years and for 7 of them he has been a member of the 1st XI, playing in two national play offs.
Coach Chris Bristow

Since starting at the age of 13 Chris was propelled into the junior international program at 14 and he began a long playing career which gave him the opportunities to represent his country and club at the highest levels. Chris is without doubt one of the most talented Goal keepers in the country has played England U16, 18 and 21’s and was part of the England and Great Britain training squads.
Chris has made a full time career out of playing and coaching hockey. He started coaching in 2004 in junior set up at his club over a number of years this has developed. In this time Chis has had various roles- academy head coach, professional coach, head club coach. He has currently taken on a role as GK coach at Kingston Grammar School, player coach at Eastbourne and head GK coach at Surbiton Hockey Club.

Robyn is one of Scotland’s new exciting young international players. Having played through all the age groups from U16, U18 and U21’s she has incurred a wealth of knowledge which has seen her progress to a starting player at senior level and has been identified by GB as a future prospect. Robyn as recently toured France and South Africa with Scotland and at the age of 23 she has achieved over 25 international caps. Robyn plays club hockey for Surbiton Hockey Club who have been the leading Ladies team in England for the past three years and represented England in the European Club championships for the last two seasons.

Giselle made her International debut in 2013 against South Africa and since then has gone on to make over 70 appearances for England and Great Britain. In that time Giselle has become an integral part of the senior women’s squad and has won- world league bronze, Commonwealth Games Silver and European Silver and Gold medals, and Olympic Gold at Rio 2016. As a full time athlete Giselle understands what sacrifices need to be made to reach the top and the training required.
Giselle has been pivotal to the success of the Surbiton Ladies team since arriving two seasons ago and has competed in two European Club Championships.
This program is designed for field hockey players that want to deepen their understanding of the game. Campers are trained by GB Olympic field hockey players, they have matches and social events with local teams, and they visit some of the famous England sights. The residential camp at Charterhouse School is open to boys and girls, ages 12-17. Teams and individuals are both welcome. Members of a team sign up individually.

Charterhouse School 30 miles away from London. Campers train on a 3 state-of-the-art astro hockey pitches. They will have access to a 25 meter swimming pool, free wifi, recreation room with games, on site-camp shop, and free laundry facilities.
